You represent and warrant to World Surprise Video (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "We") that the content you post is your original creation and that you have the lawful right to grant its use to the Company. You also affirm that your content does not infringe on any third party's copyrights, moral rights, rights of publicity, privacy rights, or any other rights.

You agree not to exercise any moral rights in relation to the content used by the Company.

World Surprise Video prohibits the following:

• Actions that violate this agreement.
• Actions that hinder the operation of this project.
• Actions that cause inconvenience, disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to third parties (including the Company).
• Defaming or damaging the reputation or trustworthiness of a third party.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of a third party.
• Violating the property, privacy, or rights of publicity of a third party.
• Providing information, advertising, or solicitation for commercial purposes.
• Actions that violate any laws.
• Actions contrary to public order and morals.
• Specifying copyrighted music.

Please note that even if a video is created, it may not be provided if expressions violating the above prohibitions are identified. Paying money does not mean we can accommodate any and all expressions. We hope for requests that respect the individuals from various countries who participate in our videos.

Due to the custom nature of ordered videos, there will be a return fee. Please understand.
